My Approach

I began my career with training at New York University and a clinical internship at the Bellevue Hospital Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic. Prior to my graduate studies, I completed a research fellowship at the Yale School of Medicine. In addition to my private practice, I have experience working in community mental health with a clinically and culturally diverse range of clients. My practice focuses on helping individuals and couples struggling with relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I currently see clients for psychotherapy in person and via telehealth in the Los Angeles area.

My therapeutic approach draws from several evidence-based theories, including:

  • Psychodynamic therapy
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Trauma-informed therapy
  • Emotion-Focused Therapy
  • Attachment theory

I tailor my approach to each client's unique needs and goals, creating a personalized therapy experience. I believe in addressing not just symptoms, but the root causes of issues, in order to create lasting change.
